Non – Vegetarian

Majority of the world population is used to take non-vegetarian foods in their routine course due to some or the other reasons. The basic reason of taking non-vegetarian foods is their culture, growth and dietary habits.
In the ancient times it was strongly believed that non-vegetarian diet is superior to vegetarian diet believing that non-vegetarian foods used to strengthen their bodies and provided more energy. Such wrong-belief induced more and more people in the world towards adopting non-vegetarian diets.
Non-vegetarian food includes almost any living being on the earth. People have been found literally not hesitating killing any animal or creature and eating them. According to the non-vegetarian food lovers, the non-vegetarian foods provide them excellent amount of proteins. The non-vegetarian foods contain biologically complete protein such as all the required eight amino acids that are not produced by the human body that are required in the routine diets. Meat also contains plenty of iron, vitamin B1 and niacin.
There are certain countries in the world that eat even certain poisonous creatures like snakes, for instance the Chinese population. Various creatures from the sea world are also well eaten by the non-vegetarian food lovers. Anyway, most of the advanced countries have now realized the facts that eating non-vegetarian foods have developed various diseases and disorders that prove to be even fatal. Moreover, from scientific point of view, the vegetarian food products have more nutritional values as compared to the non-vegetarian food products.
